At ROSA, we believe soccer is about much more than winning games. Our mission is to develop confident, creative, and resilient players by focusing on technical skill, tactical understanding, character, and a lifelong passion for the sport.
Founded in 2020 by former professional player and U.S. Women’s National Team player Jill Rutten, ROSA is committed to creating a positive environment where players can grow both on and off the field.
We emphasize the four pillars of player development — technical, tactical, physical, and psychological — while helping athletes build qualities such as teamwork, leadership, sportsmanship, discipline, and mental toughness. Through soccer, players learn valuable life skills that prepare them for success in school, sports, and beyond.
Above all, we want every player to enjoy the game, develop confidence, and continue their love for the “beautiful game” at every stage of their journey.
Every program is designed around the developmental needs of the individual player and the team. We focus on long-term growth by building strong foundations in technical ability, tactical awareness, physical preparation, and mental resilience.
Soccer is a powerful tool for teaching life lessons. We encourage honesty, fairness, accountability, teamwork, leadership, and respect through training, competition, and team culture.
Players are encouraged to embrace challenges, learn from both success and setbacks, and continue improving through hard work and resilience.
Especially at younger ages, learning should be engaging and enjoyable. Our sessions combine creativity, imagination, and age-appropriate challenges to help players build confidence while developing a true passion for soccer.
